Yeah, that and the Chicken Gnocchi Soup are pretty good. We don’t care much for the entrees.
Another knock off we like which no one outside of So. Kal. will know about is the Northwood Inns purple cabbage salad recipe. Purple cabbage, vinegar based.
Thanks. Can’t wait to try the A-1 Sauce recipe. A-1 has become ridiculously expensive so if this recipe is good it’ll save $$$.

Speaking of KFC coleslaw, our grandson worked there, and he said they put 5 lbs! of sugar in a vat of coleslaw!

There is a problem with the KFC coleslaw recipe. They say to shred the cabbage. Wrong. KFC does not shred its coleslaw, they chop it. They actually have contractors locally to do that. It makes a big difference.
Actual A1 has anchovies in it.
