Video of meteorologist predicting severe Texas weather two days before it occurs and showing the Doppler beams ionizing the atmosphere. The Doppler radar towers put in a couple of decades ago have ten times the power going to them required for weather forecasting. The order of magnitude of power is for weather control.
"Contrails" are trails of frozen water vapor, an expected product of combustion exhaust at high altitudes.
This is all BS. Most of it originally comes from a man who heads Geowatch.org, Dane Wiggington. A self professed expert in all things sunlight, wind, RF - the whole shebang. No formal training in academia. You search his background and find he used to work for the power company installing solar panels or something. He makes his living off gullible people like Alex who loves to sensationalize HAARP, 5G, chem trails, ‘seeding’ and the whole nine yards. what he likes to do is publish reams of crazy ‘papers, studies, rants’ that take days and weeks to weed through to refute all the nonsense.
“Doppler” isn’t a special radar signal. It’s a radar that maintains coherency between an outgoing pulse and incoming pulse whereby the speed of the returned object can be calculated (in the radar processor) by the frequency difference. And the different pulse PRFs are nothing more than ambiguity patterns to resolve out range Dis ambiguity.
Lastly, for a radar to ‘ionize’ air molecules (meaning actually stripping off electrons) it would have to be awesomely powerful and very dangerous to be in close proximity to. This is all sensationalist BS.

One reason I ask about the spoking (thank you for giving it a name) is because that is what Dutchsinse uses to predict where the terrible damage will be. And he is uncannily precise and accurate. One measure of a hypothesis is that it needs to accurately predict outcomes, and Dutchsinse’s analysis does that. I’d be interested to hear why you think that is, if he’s basing it entirely on static.
And related to that would be the question of what you’d expect to see when “a laser or other sources of electromagnetic radiation” are used to modify weather, as federal laws require to be reported. If spoking can be because of jamming could it also be because of time reversal bouncing to amplify the power, or other real-world phenomena taking place electromagnetically in that space?
My understanding of time reversal is that it can amplify as many times as desired the power of the electromagnetic wave. Dutchsinse posted a video (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gv2IHQ1Xl9s ) where Lt Col Thomas Bearden describes how German scientists who went to the Soviets after WWII used time reversal to do a LOT of stuff that would have seemed impossible. Extremely powerful stuff. The Soviets had a means of testing whether the US knew anything about the new technology and was waiting for about 80 years while the US seemed oblivious to what the technology could do, using it only for visual and communications projects when the open space use for it was truly universe-changing.
If Russia wanted to, they could blow up this whole universe in seconds, using that technology. According to Bearden, the technology can also be used to reverse the effect of bioweapons and heal blood diseases such as leukemia and cancers.
A while back I sort of shook my head, wondering why there was such an international race for land in Antarctica. Well, it turns out that Eric Hecker, a whistleblower from Raytheon, says that their facility in Antarctica has the power to create earthquakes and do other stuff. And I’ve wondered why Trump was so excited about the Space Force. As I watched the Bearden presentation things became much clearer. The greatest weapons against us are not like anything we’ve heard about in our everyday, average-citizen life.
I’d be really interested to hear your response to the Bearden presentation because you make it sound like time reversal is no big deal, when his description is that it is a huge, huge deal. Could be the difference between what they teach meteorology students versus what they teach Space Force.
I also remember a time when I was speaking with a spec ops friend right before Obama inhabited our White House. I was fretting that Obama was going to use our military power to destroy us. He said, “Nellie, I can’t say a lot but I can assure you that the military has capabilities that they will never even tell Obama. It’s “need to know” and they will not even tell him the capabilities we have. We are always 3 steps ahead of anything you see.”
Maybe the time reversal that Bearden is talking is the “quantum reversal” you refer to.
If it was quantum time reversal and not just signal reversal, how would that change things? Because it seems like Bearden is saying it changes everything.
In this video the presenter says that the air was being changed between the 2 systems, so that the 2nd system would be held at bay for a while so that it wouldn’t just blend in with the current system. With it held at bay it could be timed to move forward when it would present the biggest opportunity for very damaging storms.
And you could see on the radar that anytime the weather system seemed to move east it hit something like a wall and dissipated there. It was like the whole system in the west was in a holding pattern.
What do you say causes that?
The pure size and energy represented by the fronts are magnitudes of orders more than a radar(s) can influence. To think a radar did the manipulation is ludicrous. We’d be talking tremendous power-aperture products here over large areas.
So what do you think is causing the wall effect that keeps the western weather front from advancing east?
Dutchsinse and Beardon are, IMHO, kooks. I wouldn’t take anything they say seriously. The idea that Russia has ultra advanced technology is comedic. Viewed through the lens of Russia’s performance in actual wars, and their level of technological advancement in the global marketplace, it is insanity.

Could be any number of things. Temperature differences. Pressure differences. Solar influence re: time of day illumination on air masses. The point is that radars aren’t powerful enough, not ionizing radiation and the Doppler inclusion is just straight up BS.
Do those variables often create a wall that stops weather patterns from advancing?
Are you assuming that electromagnetic waves created by radar cannot be amplified by quantum time reversal?
