Can a Civil Engineer weigh in on this?
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
There was no visual evidence whatsoever of an explosion. At that time of night/morning, an explosion would have been seen without question. What was strange though, it the appearance that the vessel turned right into the bridge support,
Firesign Theater FTW!
Please don’t start these ridiculous conspiracy theories.
Please, just don’t do it.
Once started no matter how ridiculous; a few weak minded people will have something to point to.
And say “See, told you it was a conspiracy “.
This blurs the kind of reality and fantasy .
Then when something really bad does happen, it will just be ignored.
Independent video from several angles and two sets of independent publicly accessible AIS tracking services confirm this was a ship accident.
1. Ship loses power.
2. Pilot tries to steer ship without success; reverses engines in a desperate attempt to stop forward motion (the telltale black smoke billowing from the stack seems to support this).
3. Power comes on briefly. Rudder is turned completely as a result of Item #2.
4. Power goes back off with the rudder stuck in the turned position.
5. Ship strikes bridge pier.
I don’t think “crash giant ship/barge/cargo ship into support structure” was a huge secret or anything.
Vax truthers?
Morons.
MV Dali Hitting Key Bridge in Baltimore - Track and Video Analysis
Collapse is at 6:18 in the video. None of the bright flashes associated with an explosive demolition occur. The pylon is compromised by the ship allision (yes, we all learned that word today) and the bridge breaks at a stress point and collapses.
And unfortunately, they will soon dominate the forum discussions and ridicule anyone who doesn't agree with them.
“Don’t tell me, eyewitnesses saw a missile”
My dog barked precisely at 8:40.
My dog had just drank water.
This bridge is over water .
There was a dog somewhere near water close to this bridge.
That proves a conspiracy .
Or something like that is how the conspiracy folks think.
Geesh, there’s enough mass mental illness in society without this $hit being propagated .
Oh JHC.............
Im not a civil engineer, but i did stay at a holiday inn express last night........
Crappy engineering design far, far more likely...
Seriously.
It looked to me like at least a couple of the “explosions” were the big bridge lights shattering.
It was nano-graphene. I’m sure of it!
Not strange at all. Lose power, lose control. Worse yet, try to panic-stop and you really lose control.

Don’t dismiss terrorism so quickly.
Maybe the ship’s computers were hacked, maybe this was the ship they had and had to use it, regardless of time, maybe a large number of civilian deaths wasn’t their objective.
“...Note in the video that the mid point of the larger span was the one that collapsed first. It’s probable that the connection at the bottom/mid of that span had its vector sum changed due to the impact. Once that happens at a point, other points are sure to follow. 100% Correct — Basic 1301 Freshman Physics!”
I’m a bit tired at reading your rational well-reasoned approach to this matter!
It JUST HAD to have been explosives!
