Oh my goodness, CB, you typed this whole thing into the computer for me? You sweetheart!
So I looked at this recipe and am intrigued because it calls for sourdough starter and cornmeal, etc.
I can’t remember where I got the recipe I use, but it doesn’t call for a starter, baking soda, cornmeal...it’s just a few common ingredients, and I had rewritten it to make it a simpler faster recipe to follow with fewer steps. Hmmm. Maybe what I made was not really a Schlotsky knock off after all.
You are a DOLL to have done all this typing for me! Thank you, dear CottonBall!

How did you end up with 895 lbs of wheatberries? Yikes. Sometimes I make and freeze bread to add to meatloaf and Greek meatball recipes, like a filler.
That’s a boatload of berries, girl. Do they have a long shelf life?

For those of us who say we’re really terrible with technology (but the truth is some of us are too lazy to be bothered learning lol), CB accepts all of our pics and posts them for us. She keeps our thread updated and posted when due, and her cute sense of humor is just an added bonus.
