We began our love affair with dachshunds 26 years ago. We currently have #4, our first boy. We got him last year when he was 3 months old. Someone else on the Trump Train correctly identified the first two years of puppy-dom are quite a ride!
He’s a lovable little rascal and you’re right - those eyes work every time!
I have my talk radio station going all night and early morning. Sunday mornings they have someone who talks about medicine. This morning he was going on and on about these two people and how the mRNA saved thousands of lives from Covid.
Now Katalin Karikó, is going to advance it further believing it can cure all kinds of things including Cancer.
It looks like they are going to make sure they change everyones DNA. :-(

We had an officer gunned down by the side of the road after he stopped to help a car that seemed to be in some distress. I think one wheel was heading into the ditch or something. They obviously had something to hide, as they shot him dead when he was approaching the vehicle to see if they needed help. He was about 26 years old, first year on the force. Terribly stunning and sad for this rural area.
They do whatever they’re told to do, even if they don’t agree with it, or if it’s illegal. Just like the mob.

Oh my goodness, Spunky! The red dot! I remember when I was a kid, our neighbors used to get that stuff. I thought it was such fun sitting in their kitchen and squishing that red stuff through the bag of whatever it was. Can you imagine doing something like that today lol?

Sorry you had it worse. Sounds awful, but I’ll bet you learned a lot and your kids benefitted from your suffering. I know mine did. I was nothing like my parents. And I had a mother-in-law that gave me top notch lessons in what to be as a mother-in-law.....by doing the exact opposite. It works.
