Kari Lake‘s case against machines in 2024 was dismissed by a federal court in Arizona on the grounds that it was “too speculative“. Ninth circuit upheld that absurd decision on appeal.
Last week Kari Lake/Kurt Olsen filed at SCOTUS an appeal.
Last NIGHT they filed the appendix with stunning new evidence. (found in the links below).
Here are some key points:
1. Maricopa County’s election software used in the 2020 and 2022 elections has been altered with respect to the machine behavior settings that govern how ballots are read and tabulated.
2. The EAC never approved this altered software, and Maricopa’s many previous representations that this election software is EAC certified, including to the AZ Senate, are false.
3. Knowingly modifying election software without approval or certification pursuant to 16-442 is a felony under AZ law. See 16–1004(B).
4. Dominion’s operative contract with Maricopa states “Data generated by the Democracy Suite Platform, including results reporting, is protected by the deployment of FIPS approved symmetric AES encryption.”
5. But, Dominion placed the master cryptographic keys in plain text and unprotected on the election database except for Windows-login, which are easily bypassed. Leaving these highly sensitive cryptographic keys in this state violates all cyber security protocols and allows a malicious actor to take control of the machine and change results without detection.
6. As Mr. Cotton stated in his declaration “It is like a bank having the most secure vault in the world, touting how secure it is to the public and then taping the combination in large font type on the wall next to the vault door.”
7. Given all of these findings, none of these machines can be trusted to give reliable results in 2024.

How stupid can you be? Unless it comes out of Trump’s mouth it is literally fake news.
How many stories do you need to see about Trump hating someone or Trump wanting someone to be in his cabinet only for him to shout the person out at a rally or for the campaign to not comment on the alleged pick?
99% of those stories are Fake News.
Trump will be the one to announce who he has chosen as his VP.

I don’t blame you. We didn’t have pets, but my son has 3 yellow labs. He so looked forward to having his own dog....he loves those dogs so much (although we don’t hear so much about them now that he has a little daughter lol). The first dog, Archibald, is his prize hunting dog. That dog has been such a great dog - so good, so loyal....I dread the day Mike is going to have to put him down. He’s 8 now, so it will sneak up pretty quickly, sadly. I can’t imagine him doing it, but everyone does.
I have good friends out at the lake who always loved their little dogs as well. When the last one died, however, they did enjoy the freedom. They spend more time away visiting and doing a little travel. They say that as much as they loved their pets, it really is nice to not be so tied down. So you will enjoy your freedom as well, lysie!

Is this the same new evidence that Mike Lindell has been talking about, and filed something with SCOTUS? I can’t keep up with all of these new findings and who is doing what.

I think this is different evidence than Mike Lindell submitted, as this is specific to AZ machines and the 2022 election.
Mike’s stuff is more on the 2020 elections, I think.

That makes both the Prez and VP from the same state and puts the FL 29 Electoral College votes in jeopardy.
Washington state has dropped its requirements to pass the bar for lawyers who wish to practice in order to advance diversity, equity and inclusion and reduce “barriers” for black lawyers who are apparently too stupid and too inept to pass the bar exam.
“The best available data indicates that the bar exam disproportionately and unnecessarily blocks historically marginalized groups from entering the practice of law,” the task force explained. “In addition to the racism and classism written into the test itself, the time and financial costs of the test reinforce historical inequities in our profession.”
Similar standards are now being applied to science and engineering degrees, getting certified to practice medicine, and so on. The dumbing down of America is in full swing.
Would you trust one of these people to represent you in court, perform surgery on you, or engineer an aircraft?

First year in NC had antenna attached to TV n saw many shows were prison escapes were part of story line ( Bones, CIS NCIS etc) . Always wondered how frequently real escapes were
