Speaking of shoulder and arm pain.
A couple nights ago my little radio that I have on my pillow listening to at night fell to the floor behind my headboard. You soon learn there are muscles you never use. I reached under the bed with my left arm to retrieve it and I am suffering from that still. Have taken ibuprofen but so far it hasn’t helped. :-(
Oh Spunky.....so sorry to hear it. Isn’t it awful when you use muscles that don’t get used too often? Amazing what you feel the next day.

She needs to get the death penalty, instead they will give her a slap on the hand and let her go.

That is a powerful statement, and one that could be the nexus of all policy in government.
If the nuclear family (male father, female mother, children) is the greatest form of government known to man, then all policy and law should support and promote that nuclear family. Anything that is detrimental to the family should be in the very least, discouraged, and should remain on the side, the fringe.
Bring back traditional marriage, outlaw anything else. Make it far easier to those women who want to be homemakers and moms full time, do so. I wouldn’t have a clue how to bring it about, but it used to be that dads working could support a home and family without mom having to join the rat race.

Surgery went well. And quick at 1.5 hrs.
Will take some time to see if effective. In hospital one night…perhaps more if blood pressure and bleeding continue..
My BP & heart rate at home was great 110/ 50-60 HR 55. It sky rocketed three or four days prior to surgery I wasn’t nervous at all Re: surgery.
Past few days been 180/ 130

Called dietitian here and we chatted recipes/methods. She said she was thrilled. Been at this job 18 years and I was the first to call and chat food and have a warm conversation
