Wow, that sounds fascinating. Although I don’t really know what it is, anything related to archeology? Sounds like she would be one of these people to figure out why some fossilized caveman died?
I wish in college I had taken more interesting classes. I was interested in something that would support me well. And easy to get a job in. If I had to do it over again I might go for geology, I’m always bringing home pretty rocks from the forest.

Natalie FINALLY made my homemade horchata ice-cream today. I tasted it and it’s very good. I have put it away, waiting to that special time to enjoy a nice big bowl of it. The ice-cream maker makes about a liter of ice-cream, so there’s a nice little tub in the freezer.
I can’t remember who was talking about horchata ice-cream and how it was discontinued by a good ice-cream company. It got me curious so I looked it up and sent the recipe next door. Yesterday Natalie asked me if I was ever going to get her sweater done (giving me a dig) and told her I’d finish her sweater before she got my ice-cream done. Voila! Fresh ice-cream today lol.

Lol no. I had to unknit a few rows today. I really have to be more careful. Sometimes I get revved up and the needles are flying.....I need to slow down, especially when working on the patterned yoke. I mess up the entire pattern if I mess up just one stitch. I sure wish I could walk as fast as I can knit!
