Thanks, Spunky. I did miss those - I went through things pretty quickly tonight. Thanks for the responses. I didn’t remember that you had posted about this poor LEO. I feel so sorry for his family. We had one gunned down not far from here last year, about the same age.
I didn’t realize that immunity had never been an issue before now - but looking at who’s running the show makes sense, as well as the fact that nobody has been criminal enough to try and remove a political opponent through lawfare. Of course it’s a new issue - I sure didn’t put much thought into that one!
here’s what i don’t understand.
Arizona had a law passed that mimics the Feds Immigration policy. It just gave local LEO’s stop\ask and arrest authority.
The FED took Arizona to SCOTUS and SCOTUS ruled for the Feds in most aspects.

It basically ruled that states couldn’t usurp the federal government’s authority to regulate immigration laws and enforcement.
Yet, when cities and states went SANCTUARY, the FEDs take a California sanctuary case to SCOTUS where they should have ruled the same way as they ruled in the Arizona case. Instead, they sat on it forever before deciding not to hear the case.

That is very contradictory, stylin. It was beyond me how cities and states could decide that it’s perfectly fine to harbor ILLEGALS, thumbing their noses at federal immigration laws. It is hardly an issue only involving their own city or state, as illegals are free to go anywhere they like in the country, as you’re witnessing today, in massive numbers.

Questions:
1) what form of public execution do you suggest? Hangjng? Beheading? Firing squad? Other?
2) prior to execution after tar & feathering and neutering, what type of public delay do you suggest and for how long? Cage (gibbeting) ? Stocks and pillory?

Today is March 7.
Exactly 5 months ago, the holocaust of my lifetime took place.
The atrocities that occurred were not only filmed but were broadcasted live.
They were celebrated!
For hours, almost uninterruptedly, over 1400 Jews were either massacred, mutilated, burned alive, tortured, raped, and/or were taken hostage.

Biden’s handlers will never permit him on same platform/stage as President Trump for a debate
Trump will goad him to hopefully get him angry enough that off cuff he will blurt out that he can beat DJT and agrees to debate. Handlers will then have to again back tract the remarks
Tonight’s SOTU address and DJT remarks be better than any contrived debate
Possibility of Biden sudden “whatever” and bows out of speaking. Maybe sending in Kamala of Schummer

Every years I imagine a scene like Biden falling down or just going blank or speaking gibberish and they have to come get him, but every years he seems to be juiced up enough to get something out that resembles a SOTU speech.
In any case, thank God this will be his last hurrah.
