Debra Jo Rupp. Accomplished Broadway actress and regular roles on TV. Best known as Kitty Forman on That ‘70s Show, but she could be very attractive instead of matronly. She was Seinfeld’s manager a couple times on his show. And very funny.

I just did a query of girls from the 70’s show and she doesn’t look like any of them. Then I thought the “Office” and non of them either.
I should have read futher before I answered Judy. When I did a query of the women from the 70’s show I didn’t see any that looked like her. But when I saw your posting and put in her name, Yep! That is her.
Funny though I don’t recall ever watching the 70’s show. Do you know what other sitcomes she played in?
Now I know where I remember her from.
