A while back I wrote these words: “The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania certified its 2020 election despite the undisputed fact that it had recorded 202,000 more ballots cast than voters.”
Recently, that statement was challenged by someone who made this comment: “Says who?”
The comment is snarky but fair. My declaration warrants an in-depth explanation, so here it is.
The Analysis
Pennsylvania has a unique voter registration system, called SURE. Like every other voter registration system, the SURE system comprises all legally registered voters in the state. However, it also includes a subcategory of registered voters: the ones who actually voted in the last election (in this case, the 2020 election).
Because of that special subcategory (registered voters who actually voted), it is possible to compare the total ballots cast in the 2020 election to the total voters who participated in that election. The numbers must match because there has to be a one-to-one relationship between voters and ballots. If parity does not exist, something is wrong.
Verity Vote (V.V.) is a Pennsylvania data analysis firm headed by Heather Honey. For the 2020 election, V.V. prepared a careful and detailed comparison of voters who participated in the election vs. ballots cast. Here are the V.V. findings:
When PA certified its election on November 24, 2020, there were about 202,000 more ballots cast than identifiable voters. In other words, there was a large voter deficit.
In late January 2021, when the 67 PA counties finally posted all voter information into the SURE registration system, there was still a voter deficit — about 121,000.

If a county cannot rectify the discrepancy within maybe 0.1% then I don’t think those votes should be certified.
Pennsylvania’s 2020 Election Was Invalid — Says Who?

Any verifiable cheating in 2024 should attach a 2 year mandated incarceration in a DC jail.
I have no idea what the author is talking about. Pennsylvania had just over 9 million registered voters in 2020. And there were something like 6.85 million votes cast in the presidential election.
Fascinating but given the data available, it should be simple to determine the discrepancy in every county.
Here they have known this for years now and haven’t done simple summaries which would better pinpoint the fraud.
Instead, they keep writing articles: ie, they don’t want the problem solved, they want to be able to keep talking about it.
“Wow. This should be national headlines.”
And it won’t.

The folks down there had to certify their election in just three weeks, and, my God! What would happen if Trump still had more votes than Biden on the day of certification?”

The author is claiming that there were more votes than ballot envelopes scanned into the system and verified to belong to registered voters. It does not even count harvested ballots that may have been voted by the harvester and not the voter the ballot was sent to.
There is one Freeper in particular who thinks the True The Vote team (of 2000 Mules) are grifters pushing a hoax, and even went so far as to say that "they didn't have any GPS data, that they made this graphic up out of thin air":

America’s 2020 election was invalid.

What the author is saying:
1. There is a SURE system that records ballots, registered voters and actual voters.
2. In a perfect world the two numbers would match, not counting registered voters who did not vote. Using your number, 6.85m, there should be 6.85m registered voters and 6.85m registered ballots.
3. But, in reality, there were at least 120,000 more ballots cast than corresponding voters.
4. This number exceeds biden’s margin of “victory” and there is no doubt all 120,000 were votes for biden.
I have all that information from my town, who is registered, who has voted, what party they are affiliated with, exactly which elections they cast a vote in, all the way back to 2012, for local, state, and nationwide elections.
And I just asked town hall for it.
Not sure just how “Unique” it is, and I will bet it is just as inaccurate as every other registration system out there. And they are made deliberately inaccurate.
Worse, they make it impossible for civic-minded personnel to update it. In my town, it can take up to 3-4 years to have a single voter removed from the voter rolls, and bureaucratic tail is long and involved, even for one single voter.
I was told by an expert (on a statewide conference call for Republican election officials and town committees in my very blue state) that it is this way in nearly every single system in every town in every state across this country.
One does not need an overly fertile imagination as to why this is so.
And the corrupt State Court that ordered ballots received 3 days AFTER election day MUST be accepted and counted. So any partisan hack could simply manufacture ballots and then “stamp” them with a correct post date to get them counted.
The Pennsylvania State Constitution clearly outlines election law authorization to ONLY the legislature, NOT THE COURTS!
Each one of those scumbag Rat judges should have been immediately impeached and thrown in prison for life. But the GOP legislature did not have the balls to do what should have been done. /spit
That election was so fraudulent, it makes the biden crime family seem normal.
