Many years ago in California as we would travel from San Jose to Washington there was a massive field full of windmills that were dead and falling apart. This would have been in the 70’s. I couldn’t believe it when in the 2000’s they started pushing to have windmills everywhere knowing they don’t last

I didn’t make my dip - making it tomorrow (I guess that would be today), and those olives will just set if off nicely.
Well, Chez Kalamata sounds like a busy and interesting place! A Greek and and Yankee....fun times! We always made gravy with the giblets as well. I know, it does sound gross, but so good. I’ve never used cornbread though - I’ll bet it makes a hearty stuffing. I’m making a big roast chicken today as well, so I’ll be making stuffing with that.
What do you do with the ground white meat from the turkey? It’s ground up after it’s cooked? Do you use it for sandwiches?

Lots of love for President Trump....I saw so many clips with the crowds just loving him. Then I saw that Newsweek posted that he was booed. Lol it seems they took a clip with booing for the opposing team and decided to use it for Trump’s entrance. They got called out right away. They lie and don’t think twice about it.
