Well technically it is accurate, that was what the Palestinians said. Except it a complete mangling of the English language into "Yoda-speak" to make sure the reader sees the first words "Israeli Strike Kills Hundreds.."
A properly constructed headline would be "Palestinians Claim Israeli Strike Kills Hundreds in Hospital".
...but that's not the propaganda the Times is going for.
