I know Cottage Cheese(Curds And Whey) is hated, but I adore Cottage Cheese, as a meal.

I have my favorite, but not reveal it.

Mods pull at your discretion.

Walmart low-fat cottage cheese, small curd, 1% milk fat. All day.

Gerald Ford used to eat cottage cheese on English muffins for breakfast. He garnished his breakfast with ketchup. Network news came to the family quarters in the White House to document the chief executive preparing his own breakfast.

What I make at home is the best. :)

Cottage cheese is like bread, you can eat it by it's self but it is also a incredible blank canvas to add any number of flavors. Cottage cheese, tomatoes and basil are a current favorite.

I love cottage cheese as a dip to potato chips. I recently saw a recipe for chocolate shakes using cottage cheese. Interesting.

Recently, I have developed a taste for Breakstone Large Curd: eaten with potato chips or on a stalk of celery. When growing up, my Mom always got her cottage cheese from a local grocery store chain…never have found that taste again, unfortunately.

I favor cottage cheese also, but everyone should not indulge too much of it, as it’s really high in sodium.

I like it with a baked potato.

How could they NOT include Breakstone’s?! Also, though I have never had it, I am sure Cabot cottage cheese must be excellent, for those in the northeast.

It’s odd that I can eat cottage cheese and blocks of cheese even being lactose intolerant but one drink of milk and run to the restroom.
