Surprisingly good analysis of the Alissa Heinerscheid disaster at Bud Light. I've watched a couple of other videos by this guy, and IMHO he's worth listening to.
That is one of the fugliest women alive...and it isn’t just her face and her facial expression. There is something about her that tells us that she is a true believer to the point of advanced self-righteousness.
Not a bad video. He sounds like he’s doing a measured reading of a script. A more relaxed, extemporaneous style would serve him better, I think.
If she used that “buzzword bingo” in the interview process to get through, then the top levels of AB might be lousy with the that type of person. Firing her might solve an immediate problem but not the long-term one.

I wonder about all of those “older”guys she mentions as looking to her for her thoughts. Hard to believe.

The commercial was so convincing, that I went to the mall and bought two cases...of Yuengling, one traditional and the other Black and Tan {proof I'm not racissssssss}.

Excellent point—as an old MBA this is very irritating. That is one of the “first principles” we were taught.
Unfortunately these days “social change” and “activism” seem to have replaced it in many corporations.

My only question - we don’t know the context of the interview. Perhaps the interviewer (who was also a woman) purposely was asking questions about her outlook, her psychology - and not business. “Women in business” shows ALWAYS go in these directions
Maybe if a guy was drunk enough on Bud Light he might share his pipeline of joy with her. Otherwise she’s an easy one to excuse oneself on a blind date and crawl out the bathroom window.
Just bring a big bag of carrots.
I have an idea for Bud Light. It would light a huge fire though. Have two thingys doing the taste great less filling spot. Then have two beautiful buxom women in swim suits throw them out of the commercial and say “Hey guys, you drink Bud Light because of US, not those creeps.”
