One of the first studies into the side effects of transgender surgeries has revealed alarmingly high rates of post-op pain, aching during intercourse, and bladder problems, raising troubling questions for this new frontier of medicine.
A huge majority - 81 percent - of those who had surgery on their genitals in the past five years said they endured pain simply from moving around in the weeks and months after going under the knife.
Researchers from the University of Florida and Brooks Rehabilitation, a health non-profit, showed that more than half of trans surgery patients endured pain during sex, and nearly a third could not control their bladders.
Dr Meryl Alappattu, a UF physiotherapy professor, said she would publish her report later this year, but released provisional findings in a private online workshop that DailyMail.com was able to attend.
'There is a high percentage reporting musculoskeletal pain, difficulty moving, and pelvic floor dysfunction,' said Dr Alappattu, adding that more research is needed in a poorly-understood area.
'In terms of getting information related to the efficacy of these types of treatments … we still have a lot of work to do.'
Surgically altering male and female genitals to match those of the opposite sex — known as vaginoplasties and phalloplasties — are widely understood to be tough and problematic procedures.
Women who transition to become men may opt to have a penis constructed from tissue extracted from their arms, although this procedure is also complex, and the result is still markedly different to a biological penis.
Removing the breasts of female-to-male transitioners is simpler, but can also lead to pain, infections, and such problems as stitches bursting apart, particularly on overweight patients.

Several delusions here.
A genital cannot be altered to match that of the opposite sex. No more than an eye can be altered to match an ear. They are intrinsically different and have no similarity to the other one.
The woman doesn’t have a “penis” constructed. She has a cylindrical mass of tissue sewn on and calls it a penis. Calling it a penis doesn’t make it one.
Unfortunately, the truth is forbidden - locked behind a solid iron curtain. The truth is you cannot change your sex. You can slice and dice, but you end up mutilated and the same sex you always were.
I’m going with you. They have bullied their parents, friends, doctors, and therapists to get this done. Making a penis out of arm tissue. Indeed. They must think they are Australians.

Putting this in context, it’s even more horrific. I have had successful surgery for colon and bladder cancer and, about a year ago, I had my aortic valve replaced. None of those major surgeries produced any of the following complications and aftereffects that Mengelizing has done to the people who were sexually mutilated.

A lot of them do. Psychiatrists, psychologists, and "medical professionals" are all leading the charge to convince these people that they are homosexual or that they should mutilate themselves. Parents who object can (and have been) visited by CPS and even had kids removed from the home.
So what's the problem? Trans surgery completed, objective achieved, crack open a Bud Light.
Many “didn’t realize” they might experience long-term pain. Many “were surprised” they had to use a dialator.
Weren’t they supposed to be **informed** about this stuff? But apparently weren’t!
It should also be noted that surgery *fails* to produce the results they want.
It does not make them more attractive or desirable to others. So not just misery but also loneliness. Endless loneliness.
If they were under the illusion that surgery would get them more sex, not only were they mistaken, but any sex they might get is likely to be unsatisfying and even painful.
It even fails in getting them the “perks” or “advantages” they thought the other gender gets. Few people are fooled by the surgery; but many are persuaded that the trans are pathetic and mentally ill.
