(Jul. 14, 2023) — Based on the public information available here and here at this time Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai was not a U.S. Citizen at all when he was born. He was born in India. His parents were not U.S. Citizens when Dr. Shiva was born. He was born with allegiance to the country of India. Dr. Shiva per publicly available information is an immigrant to the USA and is a “naturalized Citizen” of the United States. As a naturalized Citizen he is not constitutionally eligible to serve as President and Commander in Chief of our military. Nor is he eligible to be the VP.
He was not born in the USA with singular citizenship and sole allegiance at/by birth to only the USA as is the case for a “natural born Citizen”. He was not born a “natural born Citizen” with the required three legs of being born in the USA to a father and a mother who were U.S. Citizens when Dr. Shiva was born. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai fails the “The Three Legged Stool Test” for being a “natural born Citizen” of the United States. He is a “naturalized Citizen”, NOT a “natural born Citizen” of the United States. He can serve as a U.S. Senator but he cannot constitutionally serve as the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military or as the VP. ...

Not only no, but hell no. They have perverted the Constitution, we demand that the Constitution be followed.
Wrong! The Wong Kim Ark (1898) decision did NOT say he was a “natural born Citizen”. It only decided he was a Citizen.

Correct. Because the term “natural born Citizen” is vague, poorly defined and not even the framers correctly understood the meaning. Hence the 14th Amendment. Hence the Wong Kim Ark decision settling on “citizen”. Hence etc.
You people need to give it up. Yes we know you hate Obama, Kamala, Niki, this Dr. Whoever....
But to try and label them as unqualified non NBC citizens is just laughable.
That didn’t stop Obama.
But some people say if you never needed to be naturalized, that makes you a natural born citizen.
Vivek was never naturalized because he was a citizen by birth. He was not naturalized along with his parents because he was already a citizen.
And according to some people that makes him a natural born citizen because he was born in America. Others disagree.
Beginning in 2014, Ayyadurai was romantically connected with actor Fran Drescher. On September 7, 2014, Ayyadurai and Drescher participated in a ceremony at Drescher's beach house. Both tweeted that they had gotten married,[ and the event was widely reported as such. Ayyadurai later said it was not "a formal wedding or marriage", but a celebration of their "friendship in a spiritual ceremony with close friends and her family". The couple split up in September 2016.
Not only no, but hell no. They have perverted the Constitution, we demand that the Constitution be followed.

Demand all you want too. File another 50-60 petitions and legal objections you want to. Hell, I’ll even join your protest party.
But history tells us that simply being a citizen is all anyone needs. No court no where will allow us a hearing.
The 14th Amendment tried and failed to address this ambiguous concept. Unless and until Congress once again addresses this and we pass a clear Amendment relative to NBC - we are stuck with the status quo.
Yes he has declared his intentions to run. Also see this: Dr.SHIVA LIVE: It’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL to Prevent a Naturalized US Citizen to Be President. Here’s WHY: https://vashiva.com/dr-shiva-live-its-unconstitutional-to-prevent-a-naturalized-us-citizen-to-be-president-heres-why/
“”Now who is Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai?””
New to me also!!!
Pretty sure his NBC status will be the least of his roadblocks if he is indeed running for president.
BTW, no party has any connection to the government in any way. They are all private organizations.
That's why an undeclared political party is able to exit. I'm speaking of course of the Uni-party, a corrupt party that never participates in elections, only members of other political parties, and usually of only the Republican or Democrats Parties are members of the Uni-party. They ensure that the Uni-party members have the best opportunity for election, but if one should fail, they are given cushy jobs in the private sector based upon their education & the value they brought to the Uni-party. It doesn't matter to them if a Republican or a Democrat wins, as long as they are Uni-party members. In most elections the candidate running in both parties is a Uni-party member. So they are assured that a Uni-party member is elected in those races.
It's a rare occurrence that we can get one of ours elected. Right now we have 70 Congressional members, but they have 152 RINOs in place.
Is this the guy who couldn’t win a senate election in MA?
The “rights” are pretty well defined in the Bill of Rights.
The intent of the NBC clause was to ensure that existing citizens were not going to shift their loyalty back to a monarch; or to allow royals to run for President.
The 14th amendment settled the discussion of who was a citizen—anyone born in the US.
This has been settled for a long time. I don’t recall hearing this garbage during Dukakis’ run in ‘88.
Was there any NBC issue regarding Dukakis?
I agree with you that courts & politicians have obscured the true definition of what NBC actually is. That's why we the people need to stand up & demand the constitution be adhered to. I am more than willing to fight them, apparently you are more than willing to get away with not adhering to the Constitution.
That is one of the reasons why this country is declining.
hilldabeast was already out before it ever got to court, then no standing,
The Constitution is important but I don’t think it provides a definition of “natural born citizen.”
What court? I am talking about the Clinton opposition research machine.
It doesn’t? So, they left it for some leftwing judge to make the call?
Okay, I had missed that. I did do a search: Dr. Shiva throw his hat into the presidential race, but got no hits. Search has become useless compared to how it used to be, and it was dumbed down on purpose just as they have dumbed down our educational system.
