Biden appeared to rub his head after bumping it on the helicopter's doorframe while exiting the aircraft, according to a White House pool report:

M1 landed at 7:04 pm, and the president exited a few minutes later. He bumped his head on the doorframe while exiting the helicopter but otherwise appeared spry, wearing a blue suit with a matching tie and trademark aviators. Smiling, waving, and gingerly approaching the pool, he joked I got sandbagged in reference to the fall earlier today. Then he skipped once, holding his smile, and kept walking. No response to shouted questions about whether he was okay after the fall and what he and former President Obama discussed over the phone.
He smiled it off while walking toward reporters then said: "I got sandbagged," referencing his on-stage tumble hours earlier that sparked national headlines.

Then you should not say he was clumsy.
He had a BAD KNEE. Caused by an injury from playing high level sports.
It perpetuates the Dem/Liberal lies about him.
Kennedy was virtually a cripple because of his bad back. He had to wear a back brace. The press covered it up just like they did that FDR was a cripple in a wheelchair.

Thank you!
Like you, I’m tired of the msm controlling the narrative.
… people who fall for it over and over need to develop and employ more critical thinking skills.

He’ll have 25 people at his parking lot rallies, then get 90 million ‘votes’ on Election Day.
Don’t think they can’t pull this off again?

At what point does Joe Biden replace Gerald Ford as the clumsiest President of all time? I think that ship has sailed…

His hand is on the back. Did he fall or walk backwards? If he was walking backwards the media would say he was attempting a Michael Jackson moonwalk. "He almost made it!" they'd cheer.

I enjoyed 60 years of rock solid balance. Inline or quad rollerskating for hours with no stumbles or falls. That changed after my first case of COVID in Jan 2022. I was less stable. The 2nd case of COVID in Jan 2023 sealed it. On two consecutive skating trips, I managed to fall. The first one was backward skating. A dumbass in his 30s had his infant in a stroller on the floor during a backward session and shoved the damn stroller into my skates. It was a pretty hard fall flat on my back. I didn't return for a month. On return, I was just casually skating forward and my left skate didn't land as expected (or some small kid hooked it). Either way, I did a hard face plant. Bloodied my face. Bent my glasses. Cut my arm. I got up and left the floor. Removed my skates. I haven't been back to the rink since that evening. At 66, I can't afford to have an accident that puts me in the hospital.

Gerald Ford had one really visible mishap. Chevy Chase created the image.
This is from CBS's Bob Schieffer:
Gerald Ford was an athlete in his youth, took care of himself all his life and was in great shape when he came to the White House.
Yet, after he took a tumble or two on the ski slopes and then slipped one rainy day and fell headlong down the stairs coming off Air Force One, he developed the reputation for clumsiness.

Whatever. He wasn’t wearing a cap. You don’t have a pass to give him. What is more important than he being clumsy is the injury that may occur when he does some silly thing. How about throwing a clot? He could have deep vein thrombosis and possibly undetected. Osteoporosis. Lots of old people break their hips in seemingly harmless falls. His ice cream and pudding diet is probably high in calcium so maybe he doesn’t have osteoporosis. He did have a history of brain aneurysms. A bump on the head might not be the best thing to happen to him.
