Bud Light donates $200,000 to LGBTQ group to support 'minority business owners' in the wake of Dylan Mulvaney fiasco that has shaved $26 BILLION off parent-company Anheuser-Busch's market value

Bud Light announced Tuesday that it is donating $200,000 to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce in support of its Communities of Color Initiative, as the company continues to struggle in the wake of the Dylan Mulvaney scandal.

The once most-popular beer brand in America continues to hemorrhage market value in the wake of its April partnership with trans Dylan Mulvaney.

The partnership sparked protests and backlash and parent company Anheuser-Busch has shed $26 billion in value in mere months.

Bud Light's latest donation to the LGBTQ group is an extension of a partnership established last year between the company and the NGLCC, and a continuation of work Bud Light and parent company Anheuser-Busch have done with the LGBTQ community for years.

'This initiative is designed to support the growth and success of minority LGBTQ+-owned businesses through certification, scholarships and business development in an effort to create equal opportunities for the economic advancement of small businesses in the LGBTQ+ community,' read a release announcing the initiative.

'The brand will also be supporting NGLCC’s first-ever CoCi Biz Pitch program, where the winning minority LGBTQ+ business owner will receive $5,000 and have the chance to go on to compete at the 2023 NGLCC International Business & Leadership Conference LGBT Biz Pitch Competition for $50,000 in cash and prizes.'

Bud Light's parent company Anheuser-Busch has seen its market value plunge since the disastrous campaign with transgender-influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Shares tanked Wednesday to a new eight-month low of $53. AB's overall sales have dipped by 10 percent compared to the same time last year.

Since April 1, the company has consistently been losing value, as experts say the situation 'just keeps getting a little worse each week'.

AB's competitors, however, have added $3.2billion in market value to their brands in the same time.

folks, just like they are doing everything they can to destroy every vestige of American normalcy (military culture / NASCAR / Sporting and competitive events / cars / pop culture / education) this too is part of it.

Wall Street / stocks and brokerage / corporate profits / investors / shareholders / banking etc are all thought of as “safe havens” since thats the actual money control.

The fact that the Anheuser Busch is doubling down on their mistake instead of taking corrective action to fix the problem is being done intentionally to erode confidence in the self-governing corporate world.

“AB’s overall sales have dipped by 10 percent compared to the same time last year”

That’s the key as it is a metric of all Bud brands. Bud, Bud light, Platinum, Michelob Ultra, Kona, Stella, Busch, Shock Top.... Good job, keep it up America.

They act like drug addicts. They keep doing something despite the fact that it is killing them.

AB-InBev's actions tell us a great deal about the power of Woke indoctrination. It's as addictive as heroin.

Tim Keller said that the almost fanatical devotion to Wokeness by many young people is a testament to just how fragile this entire idea of "defining your own reality" and "creating your own identity" is.

If people really could create their own identities, they wouldn't be so violently opposed to free speech that may disagree with them. They would be confident in their identities, thinking that "I am secure in who I am despite your opposing opinion." (ergo, "you are welcome to voice your opinion even though I disagree").

It is the fragility of "self-creation" that leads to the silly demands that other people must use one's chosen pronouns.

As has been said, you cannot hold back the tide (nor can you win a fight with reality).

As I no longer drink their product anymore, I don’t have a dog in this fight… but it sure appears AB is doubling down on its failed marketing strategy.

They’ve successfully removed the “frat-boy” image they said was associated with Bud Lite.

That said, I think Target may be an easier goal because they’re not part of a conglomerate.

I've been boycotting Target for years, ever since the company first cannonballed into the pervert pool when the mentally ill men first started invading the women's bathrooms and dressing rooms. Target must surely be on its last legs by now.

I am currently reading (listening) to William Shirer's "The Rise and Fall of The Third Reich", and there is a passage in there that comes to mind.

In 1921, Hitler had his Sturmabteilung ("Storm Detachment" or "SA") assault Otto Ballerstedt, leader of the Bavarian League which was a federalist organization, and was arrested for it.

When he was arrested, he said to the police (as quoted from William Shirer's book):

"It's alright" Hitler boasted to the police, "We got what we wanted. Ballerstedt did not speak." As Hitler had told an audience some months before: "The National Socialist movement will, in the future, ruthlessly prevent, if necessary by force, all meetings or lectures that are likely to distract the minds of our fellow countrymen."

In looking at that account, it is easy to see the parallel between the National Socialists under Hitler and the Democrat Party as part of the Left today with their own "Storm Detachment" called Antifa and BLM.

The Left at all levels delights in trying to paint Conservatives as the Modern Day Nazis, but last I heard, we weren't the ones beating up people for speaking, or agitating to prevent them from speaking, and most certainly not as a part of codified policy or strategy as it is for them.

In 2020, the Kroger grocery store I shop at put up signs in the aisles that read "Black Owned" or "Female Owned" over certain products. Because of those signs, I wouldn't touch the products.

The signs were gone after a couple of weeks and have never returned.

I'm LOVING these boycotts of Bud Light, Target, and hopefully Chic-Fil-e. Boycotts have INSTANT repercussions. We don't have to wait on useless RINOs to "do something."
