But I’m still torn. Trump is the more MAGA of the two. But as of now, it looks to me like DeSantis is more electable of the two (in the general election).

So right now I’m kinda neutral. Time will tell.

Remember, everyone has a boss, and what TV talkers say is not necessarily what they really think, but what those bosses want to be said. It’s clear that she and the rest of FNC with the exception of Tucker Carlson were pretty tightly scripted - even Hannity has been muzzled on certain topics.

I think a good anchor should be completely objective, “just the facts ma’am” - but a commentator which is what she is now, is free to take sides and show whatever bias they wish. Since she is independent now and not subject to management control, what we see/hear is probably pretty close to what she thinks, or at least what she thinks her audience wants to hear.

I voted for Trump 20 years ago for his golf related activities. I will vote for him for next 20 years. This man is least in the pockets of his rich donor class.

Here we go again having to point out hypocrisy.

Is being born rich and privileged and continuing to be rich and famous for decades “the real world”?

In the past, people here largely scorned rich people like the Bushes, et al. Any Dem that was rich. Trump fits that bill almost better than any rather recent official I recall.

President Donald John Trump has all the right enemies. Governor Ronald Herbert Walker DeSantis has all the wrong friends.

That leaves out the dangerous people that Trump closely associates with, or speaks glowingly of. And no, they're not all in the past, either. Klaus Schwab, Lindsey Graham, Kaitlyn Jenner, he even said on TV just the other day he doesn't think Chris Wray needs to be fired yet. Nor do we need outreach to Kim Jong Un and the like again either.

Trump has all the right enemies. DeSantis has some loathsome friends. I will only vote Trump. The republican party leaders are as bad as the democrat party leaders. And maybe worse because they try to take out the people we want to elect.
