Women who identify as lesbian or bisexual may have a greater risk for heart disease, according to a new study by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Gay and bisexual men, on the other hand, are usually at lower risk of heart disease than men who identify as heterosexual, the study authors found — as long as those gay and bisexual men don’t live in rural areas.
The first-of-its-kind study, published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, reveals the complex relationship between sexuality and the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, a broad category of health conditions that includes heart attacks, stroke, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), heart failure and arrhythmias.

So engaging in unnatural acts can lead to other biological complications. Like the gays have an ‘increased risk’ of anal infections. Huh. Who knew.

Among the people I’ve known, more Lesbians than ‘gay’ men have been obese.

Useless article without actual numbers.
It may be they are promoting differences which are very small, just to claim differences.

The study took place in France. The key factors for women were smoking and obesity.

Yes, that’s pretty much what the study observed.

Of course not, silly. That's just a coincidence. It is because we discriminate against and make them feel bad about themselves.
Plus gays are so promiscuous that they are more likely to develop a lethal STD before they are old enough to develop heart disease.

That was my thought.
Most sodomites are typically very body conscious and stay fit.

I think I know why straight men and queer women have increased risk of heart disease:
They are both trying to keep their women happy, which can be very stressful.

They are both trying to keep their women happy, which can be very stressful. I can't even imagine. My gawd.

The scary thing is that the medical establishment were quiet about it. People should have been screaming it from the rooftops.

That was my first thought as well. They appear to be treating the entire groups as monolithic groups.
If they were to break things down by Body Mass Index, it might provide more validity, but on the surface, I am not inclined to pay attention.
For example:
- HOMOSEXUAL MALE GROUPS
- HOMOSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP WITHIN 1 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL MALE BMI
- HOMOSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP BETWEEN 1 AND 2 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL MALE BMI
- HOMOSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP WITHIN 2 AND 3 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL MALE BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL MALE GROUPS
- HETEROSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP WITHIN 1 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP BETWEEN 1 AND 2 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL MALE BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL MEN BMI GROUP WITHIN 2 AND 3 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL MALE BMI
- HOMOSEXUAL FEMALE GROUPS
- HOMOSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP WITHIN 1 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
- HOMOSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP BETWEEN 1 AND 2 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
- HOMOSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP WITHIN 2 AND 3 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE GROUPS
- HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP WITHIN 1 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP BETWEEN 1 AND 2 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
- HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE BMI GROUP WITHIN 2 AND 3 STANDARD DEVIATION OF IDEAL FEMALE BMI
Compare only each sex/BMI sub-group to the same sex/BMI sub-group from the other categories, also all compared groups adjusted for all other factors such as smoking, alcohol use, etc. But the bottom line here is, this is pretty clearly sounds like homosexual advocacy from extremely woke organizations:
A quote by one of the researchers sounds like typical advocacy, not science or medicine:
"...To fully address discrimination and disparities that impact health, we must better recognize and understand the unique experiences of all individuals and populations including sexual minorities..."
But I guess the study parameters used during the vaccination trials are the wave of the future. It is the ends, not the means that count. And this is one of the reasons that fewer people trust healthcare than ever before.

I remember someone mentioned a government study that asked “why it was common for lesbians to be overweight.”
Yes, another wasteful study. But apparently a very important question.
