It may be they are promoting differences which are very small, just to claim differences.

That was my first thought as well. They appear to be treating the entire groups as monolithic groups.

If they were to break things down by Body Mass Index, it might provide more validity, but on the surface, I am not inclined to pay attention.

For example:

Compare only each sex/BMI sub-group to the same sex/BMI sub-group from the other categories, also all compared groups adjusted for all other factors such as smoking, alcohol use, etc. But the bottom line here is, this is pretty clearly sounds like homosexual advocacy from extremely woke organizations:

A quote by one of the researchers sounds like typical advocacy, not science or medicine:

"...To fully address discrimination and disparities that impact health, we must better recognize and understand the unique experiences of all individuals and populations including sexual minorities..."

But I guess the study parameters used during the vaccination trials are the wave of the future. It is the ends, not the means that count. And this is one of the reasons that fewer people trust healthcare than ever before.
