The USA is itching to get F16s into Poland so they can fly them into Ukraine against the Russians. The F16 requires a secure well maintained runaways in order to take off and this something that Russia will not allow the Ukrainians to use. Everyone rooting for Uke F16’s is actually rooting for F16s flow and based from non-Ukrainian military airfields. Biden may yet again find the Russian’s rather than fight the American designed battlefield in Ukraine, find the Russian’s develop tactics to destroy those F16s without having to destroy NATO airfields.
Russia will continue to grind out slow victories at the expense of Uke blood and NATO treasure while preserving the bulk of Russian lives and with the Russian military intact.
Russia is producing over 1500 mondern main battle tanks a year at present, together with upgrading older platforms with new tank tubes and armor. The longer this war goes on, the more NATO and the West are exposed for trying to fight a war in Ukraine longterm with an industrial base designed to fight a two week war.
