Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Bud Light, has pledged to purge its white, male employees in an effort to have a “more diverse and inclusive environment,” according to footage found on the company’s website. The company has seen its sales collapse since the disastrous Dylan Mulvaney advertisement campaign which wiped billions off the firm’s value, and chased millions of customers away.
In the video, one employee of Anheuser-Busch explains, “we’re still 40 percent women, and 60 percent men, still predominantly white: so there’s still work to be done.” The “work” to be “done” is apparently replacing white male workers with alternatives.
In doing this, another employee says, “I feel like I finally found my voice as a black woman, and I’m not prepared to lose it.”
Discussing the #CheerstoDiversityAndInclusion campaign, Anheuser-Busch’s European Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Lara Laila Gärber explains, “at AB InBev, what we wanted to do is ensure that diversity and inclusion is fully integrated in our business strategy.”

I hope blackrock rides it all the way down
They own modelo and corona
Nothing new. My wife worked for xerox in the ‘80’s and they were already hiring and promoting anyone except White males to the best of their ability at that time.
Its AB
...pledged to purge its white, male employees in an effort to have a “more diverse and inclusive environment”
Mission accomplished.
Bud disrespected and insulted the loyal customer base that existed. Sales, profits, stock price, reputation, and brand loyal are shattered. The poor quality of the product is unlikely to woo drinkers back after they have enjoyed the competitions’ offerings.
The end is near.
Will the last diverse and inclusive employee turn out the lights on the way out.
It’s quite a list but since I don’t drink any of them I think I can hold out. :)
DEI = division, entitlement and itimidation
This obscure find: it explains a lot.
“DEI = division, entitlement and itimidation”
Yep, or maybe “division, exclusion and inversion”.
Their market is primarily white males, particularly young males. Seems to me if they’re going the discriminatory DEI route to limit employment from the very consumers who buy their product, those consumers might want to switch to a beer that does not discriminate against them like Coors and unload the race bait beer they’ve been drinking
the purging of the white male customer however isn’t what they expect
It wasn’t cool in 1975. I was told by a recruiter that if I was a female or even better a black female he could get me interviews with any Fortune 500 company I wanted. But as a white male he’d do the best he could. I walked out.
My B-I-L spent the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s being forced to attend diversity training at his large corporation always taught by an angry black woman. It was mandatory. You could be fired if you missed it.
I do like Modelo Dark.
But moved on to Yuengling Black & Tan a few years ago (it is usually a little bit less money than the Modelo.
the word intimidation is used becase in practice that is what DEI “training” sessions in companies and academia do - intimidate, either with the race card or with arguments meant to make the opponents of DEI seem to be “no-nothings” and “intellectual midgets” and not with facts, just Marxist cultural deconstruction theories. Opponents in these sessions are intimidated into silence, which is enough for the “trainers” to control the session and its results.
bttt
Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse for AB.
Budweiser ➡️ Fork ➡️ Done
Gonna have a lot of glass and cans to recycle.
Meanwhile many have purged Bud Light and AB.
