Well, to me, even though DeSantis hasn't even declared his candidacy, it's pretty much over for him. Add his 0 for 2 endorsements losing last night pretty much seals the deal for him. It's just not his time. Americans want Trump back in to go scorched earth and finish the job to make America great again. After that, DeSantis can come in and maintain that greatness.

There is only two reasons for DeSantis to enter the race.

1. He has information from the Bush network that Trump will be taken out
2. He hopes to establish a broader appeal nationwide.

Unfortunately, Trump is getting stronger and the DeSantis appeal is shrinking.

Some significant number of Republicans want Trump. I believe a Trump nomination will doom our chances in 2024.

DeSantis is not authentic and yet another lawyer politician. We need to look elsewhere.

DeSantis was a JAG lawyer in the military, and did a brief stint as a DOJ prosecutor before he ran for Congress.

Interesting that you hardly ever hear about this. Working for the DOJ should disqualify anyone from serving in public office, as far as I’m concerned.

To me, since DeSantis hasn’t announced he is even running, there’s no way it could be “over” for him ...since it hasn’t even begun yet....

This poll is laughable like all the other polls trying to push Trump, because these liberal pollsters know that DeSantis can win the general election whereas Trump no longer can.
