Among the hardwired differences between male and female is that obesity produces different hormones. Obese females have too much testosterone and obese males have too much estrogen.
Add more on top of that and the problems multiply.

That’s a really sad post to me. Until a few years ago soy based baby formula was very popular in the US. In Europe it was available by prescription only. The hormone effects of it have been known for a long time.
