I am probably confusing you as much as I am! 🙄 Since Taibbi does not give this last {March 09} a number I thought of labeling it 'Supplemental' with the March 09 date. I have created my own *.odt file which can be converted into a pdf - but my effort is probably amateurish and clumsy. I also haven't done the conversion because I have no idea what to title it. 🤷♂️🤡

In congress, the Status Quo is the most important thing, regardless of how funny you are.
But that would mean that Pres. Trump broke his word. Whatever faults / quirks he may have, breaking his word has never been one of them, IIRC. He's always been a guy who did exactly what he said he was going to do.
Perhaps whatever he's going to do will be done by unconventional means, not conventional.
