Q. Who invented the peanut butter cup?

A. Harry Burnett Reese, the founder of the H.B. Reese Candy Company, invented the peanut butter cup in 1928.

That man should be canonized! He’s brought so much joy to so many over something so simple! *HEART*

Anyone remember this stuff? Man, that was pure LUXURY when I was a kid. I remember we had a jar. Once. Then Dad must've hit Hard Times again. ;)

Got some JIF chunky on a spoon, now. Maybe President Peanut will croak today.

Well, that does it. I was thinking about what to make for lunch

Grilled in real butter, peanut butter and jelly sandwich will be the choice.

With lots of butter and PBJ I think it will be nearly 2,000 calories.

Have you ever tried grilled Peanut Butter and CHEESE (whatever your favorite kind)?

It is really great!...................

Jif is my favorite, with the sugar, with the salt.
My most un-favorite would be any of those Organic types that separate into clear, oily layers. Those type must be stirred up with a long handled spoon, as though it were a old can of latex housepaint.

A wee bit of peanut butter mixed with garlic, cinnamon, ginger and sesame seed oil can make a good sauce for stir fry or over Jasmine rice.
That is my weak attempt to imitate at home some Thai food I’ve been served in restaurants.

Try Peanut Butter on a celery stalk dusted with either onion or garlic powder for a healthy snack!................
