A Congressman needs to smuggle in a white helium balloon model of the Chinese balloon into the chamber during the State of the Union....to let it go floating up during the speech....

I would prefer McCarthy sitting there just holding a white helium balloon throughout the speech, it would be better than ripping the speech in half!!

I think it was on Jessie Water's show last night that it was suggested McCarthy pop a white balloon at the end of the speech.
That would be fantastic but too much to hope for.

I think Tim Burchett of Tennessee would do it and would be the best one to get away with it. He’s not an official member of the Freedom Caucus but he’s close to them.
