Pediatric flu deaths exceed 100 for first time since the pandemic started

“The number of pediatric flu deaths during the current season has officially gone over 100, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) — more than twice the number of the pediatric deaths confirmed in the last flu season.
The CDC reported nine pediatric flu deaths this week, bringing the total for the season up to 106. The agency also noted that it is the highest pediatric death rate for flu since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Update 1300: NTSB referenced a video from Salem, Ohio, about 20 miles from East Palestine which shows sparks and flames emitting from beneath the train. The apparent structural issue with the train was captured on a security camera when it was travelling through Salem.

sparks and flames? Guess that brings up the basic question of just how far does one have to drag a flaming box car to wreck a train? Naturally no union guy would flag down a flaming train: not my job? whatta mess!
At least you were told what you had done to be kicked off Twitter. I have appealed several times and asked to at least be told why I was banned and have never received a reply.
