Very true but she was willfully negligent, ignoring multiple warnings.
And her carelessness affects many other people.

That was considered a common act of sabotage in the USAF.

We had “bull pens” to put in front of engines when running them for maintenance to keep people away. While running such an engine at full force I saw it pick up a pool of rain water on the ground and suck it into the engine.

The hire anyone who will do the job, many skill less, lazy, woke, type people to work as ground crew. The airlines pay you a pathetic wage for a job that involves extremely safety for everyone involved.
