Before anyone cracks wise about this please remember a person lost their life in a very tragic and horrific way.
Be respectful
Seriously?
(Well, she would be a winner except she already procreated...)
So blaming racism would be disrespectful?
“ Before anyone cracks wise about this please remember a person lost their life in a very tragic and horrific way.

Very true but she was willfully negligent, ignoring multiple warnings.
And her carelessness affects many other people.
It still sucks!
The Darwin principle is still very operative.
It was completely avoidable. She ignored the warnings from the safety briefings, she ignored warnings from crew, she ignored the fact she almost got knocked on her ass by the exhaust, and she ignored the flashing red light that let the ground crew know the engines were still on. She, and she alone, is responsible for her demise. It's not tragic. It's the combination of stupidity and hubris in action.
Re: 2 - You’re kidding? Especially in regards to someone dying?
Look at the comments so far. They should tell you something about the character of the posters making the comments.
But when one is behind a keyboard, all things are possible, so posters make the comments they do.
Yes ... a woman lost HER life.
Why?
She did not make safe operations HER PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
It’s not the company’s job to make you safe.
It’s YOUR responsibility to work safely.
Safety Third!
People can be so cruel online.
All these stories of people dying in some horrible way make me so sad for them and their loved ones.
I’m respectfully laughing, is that ok? Too stupid to breathe comes to mind. That engine will have to be rebuilt and the plane out if service. So look at the bright side, no funeral service or casket costs. And the three kids can be raised by their father for the betterment of society.
Are you talking to me? Seems like a LOT of people these days can NOT connect behavior to longevity. I will defer to comment further.
