Before anyone cracks wise about this please remember a person lost their life in a very tragic and horrific way.It was completely avoidable. She ignored the warnings from the safety briefings, she ignored warnings from crew, she ignored the fact she almost got knocked on her ass by the exhaust, and she ignored the flashing red light that let the ground crew know the engines were still on. She, and she alone, is responsible for her demise. It's not tragic. It's the combination of stupidity and hubris in action.

I wonder if it was suicide.
