Needless to say, the family stettlement will be in the millions with the ambulance chaser getting 30-40%. Probably. Especially considering that NO ONE except for one person should be anywhere near that aircraft until ground power is connected. And that connection is (should be) nowhere near the engines.

Why is that? Sounds like a workers comp case. If wrongful death in that state is allowed under these fact, it doesn’t sound as if the employer was negligent
