Los Angeles Chargers pass rusher Joey Bosa was fuming at the officials for the game-turning unsportsmanlike conduct penalty in his team's 31-30 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. He contained his emotions at the time but today he went off.
Speaking to the media during the team's exit interviews, Bosa deemed it unfair that he faces a fine if he criticizes referees but the referees get to joke about making a bad call that ruins a game.
"If I say something to them I get a $40,000 fine, but if they blow a call that ruins an entire team's season... they'll probably be back in the locker room after the game like, 'Haha, got that a--hole, oh yeah, got him 15 yards what a loser,'" Bosa said.

Yep, that’s how it went down. The ref chased him down. Bosa might have called him the n word for all we know.
NFL officiating has gotten almost as bad as baseball, and that’s pretty bad. There is holding in almost every play but they decide when to call it. They call pass interference when they feel like it too, they allow some receivers to just plain get mugged all game and never call it. Other receivers get favorable calls when the defense is clearly making a play for the ball. I’m not a football fan for this simple reason, the same reason I no longer watch baseball, the rules are not equally enforced, and there is too much discretion paid to referees who suffer no penalties for being egregiously wrong. Replace them with cameras and computers.

Correct. Zero fan base. Every time they play the Raiders or 49ers at HOME, those teams' fans buy up 80% of the seats.

And he’s right- he can’t criticize the refs yet the refs can ef up and they are not fined

These guys go to instant replay and STILL miss the calls. Its incredible really.
That was an absolute crapfest of a game.
1st half Jaguars could do nothing right, second have the Rams could do nothing right.
That game by its very existence should end all Wild Card games going forward, what a craptastic nonsensical outing it was...
But oh now, the narrative, is WHAT A COMBACK... Unbelievable.... amazing...
It was an embarrassment for both teams IMHO.
Bosa was initially mad about a potential, uncalled, false start by an offensive player on the Jags. But just one play earlier, there was a huge uncalled defensive interference/holding event that should have been called against the Chargers (and prevented the Jaguars from scoring on that play). Did Bosa get mad about that?
