Who's going to get Graceland? Lisa Marie Presley's 14-year-old twins and Hollywood starlet daughter are expected to split the King's Memphis mansion

BUT they won't see a cent of $100million Elvis left his daughter because she lost it all

Lisa Marie Presley owned 100 percent of Graceland, the Memphis estate her father Elvis bought in 1957 for $100,000

The 1937 house was opened to tourists in 1982, but has remained a family home, with the Presleys gathering there for celebrations such as Thanksgiving The house will likely pass to her three surviving children - daughters Riley, a 33-year-old actress, and twins Harper Vivienne and Finley, 14 Her only son, Benjamin, took his own life aged 27 in July 2020 and Lisa Marie was left devastated by his death

Lisa Marie Presley's death at the age of 54 leaves the question of who will inherit Graceland, and what remains of the infamous $100 million inheritance which she said had been entirely spent, leaving her in $16 million debt by 2016.

Lisa Marie's finances remain contentious: her fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, lost his 2016 bid in their divorce to undo their prenup, but he reopened the case in 2021, demanding she pay the $4,600-a-month child support that a court ordered.

The case is yet to be settled, and the state of her finances is unclear.

She inherited $100 million in 1993, on her 25th birthday, but said that it had almost entirely disappeared thanks to mismanagement and bad investments.

Graceland, however, remained.

Lisa Marie, who grew up in the house, is likely to have passed it down to her three surviving children - actress Riley Keough, 33; and twin 14-year-old girls Harper Vivienne and Finley.

Her son, Benjamin Keough, took his own life in July 2020 following a lengthy battle with drug addiction and depression.

How in God’s name to you lose $100 million?

A nickel here, a nickel there...it adds up.

Elvis sold his rca rights before he died

Priscilla is the one who deserves great credit for amassing that fortune after he died even without those RCA rights.

When Elvis died, his estate was worth only 5 million dollars. And about half of that was in cash. And the cost to run and maintain the Graceland property alone was 500 thousand a year.

When he was alive, Elvis had spent himself near into bankruptcy. Plus his father, a 5th grade dropout, was in charge of managing Elvis’ finances.

Given how long he was a star, compound interest, amount of songs he sang, his likeness etc., there should have been at least a couple of hundred million, if not a billion. The most comparable musical superstar wrote his own songs (Wacko Jacko) so perhaps not a billion. A shame the money was lost and/or squandered.

Michael Jackson's estate has been managed by two very savvy Hollywood lawyers. This estate is much larger than when Michael Jackson was alive, and blowing millions right and left. The residuals and royalties keep flowing in, year after year.

Yes, Elvis died fairly broke.

Sad Lisa Marie got into $cientology. Then drugs.

You wonder if Elvis had found Christ and become a gospel singer if he’d still be alive - and his daughter.

Same thing with Sam Cooke who began as a gospel singer and was later killed in a motel in a prostitute/robbery situation.

Originally when Elvis bought graceland, the surrounding area was very rural. Over the years it got built up whether Elvis liked it or not. Today as I understand it, it’s very dangerous ghetto.

Same way Elvis did. Constant spending, bad financial mismanagement, etc. Elvis was only a millionaire but he lived and spent like he was a billionaire. His father, a 5th grade dropout, was in charge of managing Elvis’ money, his talent manager, Tom Parker, was robbing Elvis with bad deals.

At the time of his death, his estate was worth only 5 million dollars, and half of that was in cash.

Wonder how they’ll keep what’s left out of the ex-husband(s) hands?

"Gradually, and then all at once" sayeth Hemingway.

Anyway, if one happens to be into that kinda stuff, one would suggest visiting Graceland sooner rather than later. It won't be there for much longer, the day will come when it gets sold off to make room for a new CVS or some other such BS like a certain cult getting their hooks into it.

Actually she blew most of it with cocaine addition, living high lifestyle with no income and rehab visits at exclusive centers.

Slowly, at first, and then all at once.

True. And getting “help” from Colonel Tom Parker didn’t help either.

After Elvis passed away in 1977, Lisa Marie and her mother, Priscilla, ended up joining the Church of Scientology, according to OK! Lisa Marie was a member of the controversial group for over 30 years before she ended up officially leaving around 2012

Scientology was ripping her off for 35 freaking years. No wonder she died pretty much broke. They knew she had money so they guilt tripped her into donating tens of millions. My opinion.

She was only 54 and died of cardiac arrest which seems strange without an underlying medical condition. Was she obese, heart condition, drugs, alcohol or some type of sexual deviancy?
