When an “entitled” customer rudely tried to push around a McDonald’s employee, the middle-aged woman gave the insolent punk a verbal beatdown that left him speechless.
He filmed the exchange and posted it to TikTok to bash her – but was stunned when nearly all comments took her side!
The female McDonald’s employee was highly praised by those who viewed the video confrontation.
In a video that has gone viral, one female McDonald’s employee was applauded for refusing to allow one extremely entitled drive-thru customer to push her around. Although the video is only 37 seconds long, it’s very clear why the female employee has had enough.
Viewers can hear what exactly the problem was as she points to his iced coffee and says, “It’s all on the bottom, see? And now go to a different store. We will not be serving you anymore.” She then closes her window to serve the next person in line. However, the unsatisfied customer wasn’t going away without a fight, and that’s when she shuts him down.
The female McDonald’s employee hands over the iced coffee drink to the customer
It appears that McDonald’s employees attempted a few times to make his iced coffee the way he wanted, but it wasn’t good enough. When the fed-up female employee informs him they won’t serve him anymore, he has the audacity to question her decision.
The customer posted the video exchange to TikTok — to bash the assistant manager and presumably expected everyone to agree with him.
But they didn’t – the vast majority of commenters took the worker’s side.
So despite the fact that the short clip received more than 700,000 likes and over 10,000 comments, he took it down because it made him look bad.

Entitled at a McDonalds?
I love employees that take ownership. “My Drive-Thru”
“Entitled at a McDonalds?”
What planet have you been living on for the last 10 years?
Don’t both looking people....the entitled idiot is who you think he is.
Just thought he was gonna push the old White cracker woman around and got dealt wit.
She should be careful of reprisals though......they love to ambush the unsuspecting.
A McDonalds employee got in an argument with a difficult customer. So what? Stuff like this used to happen all the time and never showed up on some national platform. No need to read deeper meaning into it.
Having said that, when I was in high school back in the 1980s, before all this viral media, I had a friend who made regional news when he got arrested for punching and cracking the glass at a McDonalds drive-thru because he lost his temper after arguing with the employee.
Customer at MD drive thru, Make that with only 1 pickle and medium rare.
My 16 year old daughter working the window (like her dad) Lady there’s a Burger King down the street if you want it your way.
Just a sampling of dozens of items....
I started looking for a story I remembered where a young black female employee was pulled through the drive-thru window and pinned between the curb and a car and beaten by the driver who was joined by two males in the back set who also beat her, then they drove away.
I ran into a few stories——

Jul 1, 2019 — A Haywood County woman is accused of using a stun gun on a McDonald’s manager and trying to drag him out of the drive-thru window.

So you’re the part of my generation that has taught their children it’s ok to behave that way.
We used to egg and rock them for fkn up our order...
Been there done that... And that includes getting our asses whooped by diner employees as well!!
I only clicked in to see what race was getting the special recognition this time around...
I’m in sales and the we have two rules...
1-—The customer is always rights
2-—If he is not, refer to #1
Sorry, but I have worked retail and would get abused by idiots but I would smile and move on. Unless they were abusive (can’t tell in this video) then that’s another story.
From what I saw, she is wrong.
The drive-thru needs to keep moving. He can come inside if he has a grievance.
The customer is not always right. A profitable customer is right. Let your competition worry about and due business with the non-profitable ones.
Just two minutes ago McDonald’s made my breakfast sandwich wrong but I didn’t harass them; I love all the employees there. In fact, one nice lady just came out to the dining room and apologized again, so sweet. P.S. they love me, too, and have said so!
Except of course that isn’t the quote. The ACTUAL quote is: Assume that the customer is right until it is plain beyond all question he is not.
When the customer is demanding you make an ice coffee for the 4th time because you can’t manage to the coffee defy basic rules of specific gravity it is plain beyond all question that he is not.
