The Democrats can't afford discovery in any trial. They can't have their instructions to Antifa exposed.
Ray Epps and John Sullivan cannot be allowed to testify.

There are frivolous lawsuits which should be summarily dismissed. And then there are things like this case. Mere dismissal does not suffice.
The plaintiff should be fined court costs.
The defendant should be awarded $1,000,000.01 per specific complaint.
The plaintiff’s counsel should be disbarred.
The plaintiff and counsel should be publicly flogged.
The plaintiff and counsel should be required to clean the defendant’s toilets every week for a year.
Additional penalties to be decided upon by a panel consisting of the Defendant and ten third-grade boys, presided over by a USMC Senior Drill Instructor.

BTW, what standing does a “girlfriend” even have?
GET MARRIED.
If you want any standing, stop playing house and actually do it.

A competent judge would cite her for contempt of court for filing a frivolous lawsuit.

What a complete load of hooey! How on earth is Trump evenly remotely responsible for Sicknick’s death? It was PELOUSY who refused the National Guard troops and the corrupt Capitol Police who refused to beef up security. This girlfriend is just looking for a payday, courtesy of US.

The U.S. Capitol Police said at the time that ruling Sicknick’s death as from natural causes “does not change the fact Officer Brian Sicknick died in the line of duty, courageously defending Congress and the Capitol.” Anything goes...Just say whatever ya want and claim it as fact.

"Garza claims in the complaint that Trump “intentionally riled up the crowd and directed and encouraged a mob to attack the U.S. Capitol and attack those who opposed them.”
An absolute lie. He told the crowd to march "peacefully." He did not encourage anyone to attack the Capitol. But Ray Epps did, and he has not been charged.

How about Nancy pelosi and Kamala Harris who supported all the killings of the police?
When do they get sued?
