There are frivolous lawsuits which should be summarily dismissed. And then there are things like this case. Mere dismissal does not suffice.

The plaintiff should be fined court costs.

The defendant should be awarded $1,000,000.01 per specific complaint.

The plaintiff’s counsel should be disbarred.

The plaintiff and counsel should be publicly flogged.

The plaintiff and counsel should be required to clean the defendant’s toilets every week for a year.

Additional penalties to be decided upon by a panel consisting of the Defendant and ten third-grade boys, presided over by a USMC Senior Drill Instructor.

A question such as “Were you the spouse or immediate family member of the victim at the time of the incident?” should stop some of these gold-digging lawsuits before they go to court.

Despite your creative suggestions, nothing short of plaintiff’s and her lawyer public dismemberment would be sufficient…
