A Florida realtor was stunned to find a nude couple romping in the pool of a property she was preparing to show a client, police said.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported the startled agent pulled up to the empty home in Davenport on Dec. 5 and saw a mysterious car in the driveway around 9:45 a.m.
Knowing that no one was authorized to be on the property, the suspicious broker called 911.
Responding deputies found a naked and unafraid couple cavorting in the home’s pool.
The uninhibited intruders told officers that they had specifically come to the property to have sex, and were unaware that their plan constituted a crime.
The 35-year-old woman and 39-year-old man “did not believe they were doing anything wrong,” according to a police report, the Miami Herald reported.
The male participant was found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the scene and both parties were charged with trespassing, according to the sheriff’s office.

People have screwed on beaches, in the forrest or a pool, on elevators, roof tops, their place of work... since forever.
Not sure why this is even news worthy, or why the police would “arrest” a couple for that.
What ever happened with scaring the crap out of people or simply chasing them off?
Why does this need to become an issue where courts, judges, lawyers are involved and where criminal records are created? Because a couple was screwing in a pool and endangered no one nor caused property damage?
Not saying it’s right, but use some frigging discretion and chase them off, shame them, but as usual if you can solve it at a lower level it’s best done that way. Making a big deal out of everything is not good policing, isn’t efficient use of a justice system which seems more concerned about pumping up their numbers than actually providing for the safety/security of people and property.
Well, how rude of her to interrupt the couple. What is the world coming to when a couple can’t have sex in a pool without a nosy realtor stopping by to spy on them? Does she have a sex in the pool viewing fetish? I assume by now she has been fired for such insensitivity.
