Obviously this ‘couple’ knew the house was vacant. Probably did this before and just was not caught. What’s the big deal? /s
This is something we did when we were teenagers all the time.

This is why when you own an in ground pool like I did at my former house you NEED to have a 6’ fence around the pool.
If one of these people had died diving into the pool, you could be sued.
It is also the reason why I got rid of the diving board and made sure the shed roof was about 9’ from the edge of the pool. To keep people from being tempted to jumping off the roof into the pool.
