I did daily planks until I fell on my ankle. After that, it wouldn’t hold me. I finally tried it last week and was able to be on the ankle and toes on that foot for 30 seconds. It’s not much but it’s a start. I credit planks for keeping me so strong prior to the ankle. The bone loss didn’t come along until after the ankle.
I tried the niacin (nicotinic acid) back when #1pal was talking about it but I was afraid of the massive amounts. I might try again but start with really small amounts to begin with. I can remember when statins came out and Niacin was “deadly to the liver” all of a sudden. Now I wonder if they didn’t demonize it to get people to take statins instead. I have lost a lot of trust in the medical community since covid.

Different people react differently to niacin. Some don’t get much (or any) flush.
I have found that sipping a bit of niacin water throughout the day instead of drinking it all at once prevents the flush.
When I was gulping it all down at once, I noticed that I was much less likely to get the flush if I drank it immediately after a meal.
I would suggest experimenting to see what works for you. Start with low doses.

It may also be Black Hat comms to get the Anons stirred up and looking to determine White Hat involvement in “structuring” the fraudulent vote to gain that specific number.
I wouldn’t put too much stock in that Kari Lake/Media number.

I did, but I didn't know about all this stuff either. I have not seen the process for docketing discussed, just the melee around it getting docketed. I still ain't getting my hopes up, however. But, I am still enjoying the show.
