I tried the niacin (nicotinic acid) back when #1pal was talking about it but I was afraid of the massive amounts. I might try again but start with really small amounts to begin with. I can remember when statins came out and Niacin was “deadly to the liver” all of a sudden. Now I wonder if they didn’t demonize it to get people to take statins instead. I have lost a lot of trust in the medical community since covid.
It's niacinamide, not niacin, that's toxic to the liver. Niacinamide is a no-flush version of niacin, but toxic in large doses.
