Many conservatives say Tuesday's election results show it's 'time to move on' from Trump. (Fox News'', November 9, 2022), as well as the Wall Street Journal - what do Freepers think?
There were two reasons that there was no red wave: Donald Trump and abortion.Precisely.
If Trump had gotten both Republican and independent voters, Congress would have swung sharply to the right.
It didn’t because he didn’t get them.
America is no longer America, as we knew her.
The millenials and Generation Z all think you can have socialism and have America. You can’t, but they think you can.
I think we passed that tipping point we all feared.
Nobody on the GOP side stayed home for this reason, give me a break. If they did they were only looking for a convenient reason because they werent going to vote anyway.. If this were also the case why didn't they stay home in FL where DeSantis' win was guaranteed?

Take a look at results today, Thursday evening ...ALL the results...and it is quite a different picture.

Dems/Repub registration is 2-1 in New York. Fetterman had the luxury of 500,000 more registered Dems.

Hah, based on past experience, all this angst over Trump and Desantis can’t change that fact. The democrats are rubbing their filthy hands together planning to dump the blame for their destruction on the repubes.
Pretty much sums it up. He sees it and is reacting by lashing out.
All I know is this country was doing great under Trump, at least until covid. Gas was cheap. The economy was good. Unemployment was down. World leaders respected him. Trump appointed judges who finally overturned Roe v Wade. He was the greatest president since Washington as far as I’m concerned. So if he wants to run again I am behind him all the way.

Oh yeah; and people placing blame, talking about being unelectable.. The democrats are going to fight and smear anyone who actually stands for what we believe in. The deep state is not going to let in Desantis or Lake or anyone who’s not in on their agenda. So we need to pick whoever represents our values and to me that’s Trump. If Desantis gets the nomination that’s fine but my preference is Trump. We have to fight back hard against the corrupt machine.

People vote in mass with their wallets. People vote in mass for the security of their family, especially their kids. People don't vote in mass to have the right to kill their babies, but that's what the media and deep state want you to believe. Don't buy it. The 2022 mid term election was simply 2020 2.0
The communists were more subtle with the shenanigans this time around though because of what they learned in 2020.
