ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – A 61-year-old Florida man was arrested on allegations of urinating on cases of beer inside a Brevard County store.
According to a Rockledge police arrest affidavit, on Saturday the man walked into the Hop and Pop convenience store on Eyster Boulevard and tried to enter the restroom, but it was locked.
The man then went into the store’s “beer cave” and made it appear like he was looking at the merchandise, police said.

No picture of the perp, not even a name. Probably from a protected group.
“Florida man” is a red flag for such subterfuge.
When you gotta go you gotta go.
He should have gone outside and peed on the sidewalk. Vagrants do that with impunity now.
I have given it much thought, as when I have to go, it is NOW.
Last summer as I was driving through Vegas, I had to go. I went into a Walgreens and told them I had to go to the bathroom. They of course said they are not for the public. So I went out and did it in front of the store. She didn’t like that though, I was very relieved.

Totally understand. I generally try to find a dumpster around the back to shield me from public view, but yeah, when ya gotta go, ya gotta go.
Relief is wherever you find it.
There was literally no “behind” to this place. The back side faced a mall. I had already circled the store in the car. I will say one true thing about Vegas, I would never purposely go there. I was just driving through and got stuck in traffic.
