Urine trouble: Florida man takes leak in store’s ‘beer cave,’ police say

ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – A 61-year-old Florida man was arrested on allegations of urinating on cases of beer inside a Brevard County store.

According to a Rockledge police arrest affidavit, on Saturday the man walked into the Hop and Pop convenience store on Eyster Boulevard and tried to enter the restroom, but it was locked.

The man then went into the store’s “beer cave” and made it appear like he was looking at the merchandise, police said.

Something to keep in mind.....Forida is full of invaders from other states.....many northern. The number of out of state license plates in my town alone is stupid.....just sayin’

I dunno but for anybody considering visiting or God forbid moving here, I’d highly recommend against it.

Besides the man eating sharks and alligators there are water moccasins, rattle snakes, coral snakes, mosquitoes, roaches that are commonly referred to as “palmetto bugs” that can get as big as at least the size of your thumb, black bears, coyotes, wild hogs, 20 foot boa constrictors, pythons, fire ants, sinkholes that can open under your bedroom and swallow your house whole. Then there’s mandatory professional termite treatments for homeowners, 90+ degree heat with 90% humidity much of the year, hurricanes, and the tornadoes that the hurricanes spawn, tropical storms and tropical depressions which can also spawn tornadoes.....
Oh yeah, forgot to mention the lightning...Florida is the #1 state for lightning strikes in the U.S.”

The store owner said six cases of beer totaling $113.36 were damaged and could not be sold, according to police.

If these were actual cases (and not 12 packs), 144 bottles/cans, he was aiming at the cheap stuff.
