PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's mayor signed an executive order Tuesday banning firearms in city recreation spaces.
The signing comes one day after a funeral for a Parks and Recreation worker who was killed while on the job.
There have been 18 incidents of gun violence at city parks and recreation facilities this year alone, including one that took the life of 41-year-old Tiffany Fletcher.

Scumbag creates a sanctuary city, doesn’t prosecute criminals and lets them out of jail early…crime skyrockets and he blames us!!! Screw him im done complying.
And the city will be much safer with Darquavious and Trayvonte seeing those signs and having second thoughts about violating a “NO GUNS” park ordinance.

Of course that only applies to law abiding, legal holding gun owners. The gangbangers, criminals and illegal aliens are exempt from this after all they have a right to defend themselves.

I expect the courts to toss this out. There’s already precedent. It violates the state’s supremacy clause.
