U am lloking fo =r what I though I have seen, in the past - a pryer ping group. Okease help. Or am I rrong and muast from a new one.

I use a gadget the VA gave me called “Alpha-Stim. It is similar device as tens unit but different frequency and power and actually works. One set of leads with ear clips to shock the brain.(you can barely feel it)....long story and all....the 1st 10 days I was on it I slept 18-20 hours a day. It’s still helping my insomnia. Tell your doctor’s to try it.

That much lack of sleep is not good for you.
Prayers Up for some regenerative rest and sleep for you. And your doctors to figure it all out.

I used the VA for a number of years bank.

It has been many years, but if my team of private physcians leds us to nowhere, I may go back to the VA.

I hope I don’t need a walker by then. My energy level keeps get lower. Until you don’t have it, you do not realize all that sleep does for your boudy. MY body is shouting to be given sleep.

I am praying for you, Wuli.

Twice I have come down with coughing problems so bad I could not sleep. Both times they were related to medicines that could possibly cause coughing as a very rare side effect. In one case I had been taking the medicine for many months before the adverse effect developed.

I tried sleeping sitting in a recliner, cough medicine, sleeping with cough drops in my mouth, using a nebulizer. The only thing that worked was to stop taking the medicine. But it took the doctors so long to discover the problem.

I am praying that you have relief soon. May God deliver you from this quickly.

Give Wuli supernatural rest and peace. May he shut his eyes and awake feeling refreshed in the morning.
