Shocking surveillance video caught the moment an employee at an Arizona Wendy’s sucker punched an elderly customer, knocking him unconscious and leaving him fighting for life.
The clip, obtained this week by 3TV/CBS 5, shows the employee initially bringing three drinks up to the counter to the hunched-over customer, who starts pointing at them as police say he “complained” about the order.

The states and the feds have been trying to forbid a lot of criminal history screening and background checks in hiring. Now New York wants to screening for renting.
However, that’s not to protect employers and landlords from lawsuit.
Named Antoine? Some ginger probably.
To ban screening for renting
What do you think Kendricks’s defense is going to be? “He called me the ‘n-word.’”
Prescott? I dont think so.
That is Yavapai CO. One of thee most conservative counties in the state.
Make that Prescott Valley..makes no dif.
The perp gets lucky, he better GTF out of town if he is lucky to do even that.
Seriously. We always suspect it, and it is so sad that we are so often correct.
If I am the next person in line that clerk is ventilated. Then I walk out without leaving a name.
“Apparently the perp has a rap sheet and Wendy’s still hired him.”
You’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
Separation is the answer. This dysfunctional marriage never worked, doesn’t work and will never work - if anything it’s going to get worse.
I’m truly surprised how few freepers support the idea of racial separation, given the number of stories like this and the ensuing comments.. Even Lincoln wanted separation!
Not sure how many places have the category of crime against the elderly but some do.
Connecticut .... there are certain people who are considered “protected people” from assault. If someone assaults a protected person, that person will face greater penalties than someone who assaults a regular citizen. The elderly are one party that is considered protected from assault. If you face an assault on an elderly person in the first degree charge, the penalties could be serious.
Assault in the first degree is a Class B felony. It carries the following penalties: A prison sentence of up to twenty years. There is a minimum prison sentence of five years if the assault was committed with a deadly or dangerous weapon. There is a minimum 10 year sentence if the victim is under 10 years of age or is a witness injured in assault. A fine of up to $15,000.
Is it a felony to hit a senior citizen in Texas? Assaults in Texas that are not Aggravated Assaults are Class A misdemeanors, while Injury to an Elderly person is at least a state jail felony and could be as high as a first-degree felony.
Johns Hopkins University website: What are the rights of a senior? The elderly have the inherent right to life, dignity, and the integrity of their persons, which shall be protected by law. The elderly have the right to be free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The elderly have the right to be free from discrimination.
AZ is officially off my list for the Central US when we split from the East and West coasts. It was kind of an outlier and surrounded by Left anyway and they seem to have trouble with elections.
Hey, I can dream can’t I?
But still self-pitying woke BLM types will cry over any problems they encounter and declare it white racism.
We will never achieve the campfire Kumbaya singalong utopia in America shown on TV ads (hot dogs need the best ketchup, people need insurance, people with new cars and pickups arrive at the beach for fun) if this stuff happens.
This may be inherent systemic black racism. Someone who believes there is no reason to hold back from violently attacking someone of another skin color. Illegal.
Savages.
Depends on if he’s a continuing threat. Display certainly would be warranted, along wuth clear, concise orders to leave the guy alone and to get back.

This is a couple of weeks old. Prescott Valley has an ex- cop for a mayor. It’s based as hell over there.
Dumb move or they were just being cheap. Wendy's is going to pay dearly.
I’m not convinced that his life matters.
Prescott Valley is not an urban area. It is far north of Phoenix and very white. The fast food places probably have a difficult time finding workers. So, either they have to restrict their hours or are hiring convicts like this guy straight out of jail. When the guy is not robbing them blind, he is beating up the customers.
