The 58-year-old reality TV star’s rep did not get into the detail about Fritz’s recovery and only shared that the original member of the hit reality show needs “time to heal” after being hospitalized, Fox News reported.
“We [ask] that everyone keep Frank [Fritz] in their thoughts and prayers,” Wolfe’s rep told the outlet. “The most important thing is that we allow him time to heal and [give] him the space to do so.”
Wolfe recently posted on social media that he was praying for Fritz, 56, to make it through following a falling out between the pair.
“I have been very private in the past year in regards to Frank’s life and the journey he’s been on,” Wolfe shared with his hundreds of thousands of followers.
“There has been lots of opinions in regards to mine and Frank’s friendship and the show but now is not the time to set the record straight,” he added. “Now is the time to pray for my friend.”
“Frank has suffered a stroke and is in the hospital,” Wolfe continued. “Please keep him in your hearts and thoughts. Frank I pray more than anything that you make it through this okay. I love you buddy.”
In 2010, “American Pickers” debuted on the History Channel and became a hit. The show followed the pair as they traveled across the country and found relics, “transforming one person’s trash into another’s treasure,” according to History.com. They earned “a living by restoring forgotten relics to their former glory,” the site added.
Fritz was suddenly gone from the show after the airing of an episode in March 2020, The Sun noted. In July 2021, Fritz told The Sun that he no longer had any contact with Wolfe. A rep for The History Channel confirmed Fritz’s departure to People.
“I haven’t talked to Mike in two years,” Frank shared at the time. “He knew my back was messed up, but he didn’t call me up and ask how I was doing. That’s just how it is.”
Actors? Lol.
I liked Frank - but apparently he had “ issues” and they let him go. Hope he heals soon
It's difficult to hold a relationship for many years...particularly if you're in business together.
Always enjoyed the show...just to see stuff from days gone by.
Took my dad into an antique shop one day...he had to explain a lot of old things to me.
Frank was always a good guy and the butt of the joke. Hope it wasn’t the vax although he had some serious health issues.
“Took my dad into an antique shop one day...he had to explain a lot of old things to me”.
That made me smile.
I was with an older lady in an antique shop about 30 years ago and she was enjoying herself immensely. She loved seeing all those old things and remembering what they were used for.
There are no underlying health issues that the vaxx can’t make worse.
Cognitive Dissonance.

“Always enjoyed the show...just to see stuff from days gone by.”
That’s my main interest too. I can’t believe what people squirrel away. I don’t like Mike all that much.
Frank wasn’t the problem. Look at some of the YouTube videos Frank posted. He’s very public about the acrimony. Mike was very controlling, and Frank wasn’t having it.
Frank lost a lot of weight and started advocating for keto. He had Crohn’s and said the diet helped him recover from it. This more recent change I suspect was from the vax or he had other underlying conditions.
Of course, up to last year we didn’t have that many folks suffering strokes in their 50s (or 40s or 30s or...)
BKMRK.
Are used to make me cringe whenever Mike will refer to Frank as “the little guy”.
How demeaning.
Reeks of being a closet ahole.
The whole show was scripted and planned.
What are you talking about?
